Does having home care result in a loss of independence?
No. Our belief is that independence is being in control of your decisions. Having in home care services means being in control of your activities and retaining as much independence as each situation allows. Many of our clients just need a little help to continue living a safe and productive life. Regardless of your situation, our goal as an NDIS Approved Services Provider is to enable you with the best possible outcome while being in control of your care and daily decisions.
How can I trust a caregiver in my home?
Just like nurses and doctors, Professional Caregivers have chosen a career in compassionate care of those in need. @ Angels Connect implements a vigorous screening system which includes a comprehensive background check and screening for personalities that exhibit strong evidence of compassion, identity, integrity, and competence. We rarely advertise for caregivers as most come from word of mouth referral from other happy clients and staff referrals.
How does @ Angels Connect attract the best caregivers?
Our Golden Rule states ‘We will not refer a caregiver into your home that we would not welcome into our own home.’ This high bar was set by our founders and is the backbone of our mission. Similar to any working professional, caregivers are attracted to organisations that have trust, compassion, stability, and hope. We encourage you to meet us with no pressure and no obligation and judge for yourself. We will treat you with as much compassion and dignity as we would want for own loved one.
What if we don’t like our caregiver?
Contact us and we’ll refer another caregiver quickly. We do try to match our clients with the most appropriate care staff for you. We know that personalities can clash, so don’t fret, our team is large enough to find someone that will work for you and your family.
Can we transfer from another NDIS Registered Provider?
Yes. We know that sometimes the idea of change can be daunting, but being unhappy with your existing provider will not result in positive outcomes for you and your loved ones. How do you move NDIS Providers? Well, get in touch and we’ll make the transfer smooth. We’ll coordinate everything, so you can get free.
How to choose best NDIS Provider?
Like any service provider, not everyone is the right match. You or your loved one are the “angels” that “our angels” want to care for. We have a lot of Angels! But if we’re not the right fit for you, then that is okay too.
